Get in touch Which account type is right for my business?
Choose STC Partner if you are a Clean Energy Regulator registered agent creating STCs; STC Wholesaler if you accept STCs for stock credits; Solar Retailer if your business owns the installation jobs; or Installer if you capture installation information in the field. Solar Retailers register with their STC Partner. If you work across roles, contact our team to discuss your setup.
How does trading STCs for stock work?
An STC Wholesaler accepts a customer's STCs and applies an agreed credit against stock purchases. Your commercial terms, certificate eligibility and approval arrangements are agreed with the relevant Wholesaler.
Does registration make me a registered agent?
No. A CarbonLink Systems account is separate from registration with the Clean Energy Regulator or any other scheme administrator. STC Partners must hold the relevant registration independently.
Are VEECs and ESCs available yet?
Our VEEC and ESC platforms are coming soon and are not available yet. You can contact hello@carbonlinksystems.com.au to express your interest. The current platform and registration pathways are for STCs.
What happens after I start registration?
Select your role to get started. Solar Retailers register through an STC Partner, rather than directly with CarbonLink Systems. Enter your preferred Partner’s ABN so we can help locate their registration portal, or ask us to introduce you to a Partner. If we can verify an active Partner’s portal, you can continue there to register. Otherwise, use the same contact form to prepare an enquiry for our team. No account is created by this website.
How can I get platform support?
Email hello@carbonlinksystems.com.au with your business name and a description of what you need help with. Please do not send passwords or identity documents by email.
